He was predeceased by : his father Roscoe Bixler. He is survived by : his mother Mary Ann Bixler; his son Harley Bixler; his sister Mary Beth Kirkland (Jim); his nephews, Ryan Kirkland (Michelle) and Scott Kirkland; and his great-nieces, Emily and Addison Kirkland.
