It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney L. Smart (Romance, Arkansas), who passed away on August 13, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Smart and Mary Jewel Smart; and his siblings, Jerry Smart, Franklin Smart, Wilbur Smart, Wayne Smart, June Thompson and Sharon Lee.

He is survived by : his wife Betty; his son Zach Smart; and his sister Sheila Childs.
