She is survived by : her husband James Amstutz; her children, Donald Blevins, Walter Vernon Blevins Jr. (Renee), Wanda Lou Blevins, Nancy Blevins, Bobbie Richards (Robert) and Patricia Reichman (Tim); and her grandchildren, Lisa Anderson, Melissa York, Jennifer Blevins, Shelly Adams, Derek Blevins, Jerry Donaldson, Jr., Kimberly Donaldson, Julia Donaldson, Heather Donaldson, Abrea Davis, Susie Davis, Elizabeth Davis, Corey Edwards, Daniel Ritchie, Jessica Redell, Robert Richards III, Jacee Nuckols, Morgan Reichman, Joseph Reichman, Dakota Reichman, Nicholas Amstutz, Nathaniel Amstutz, Brooklyn Amstutz, Dena Blevins, Jeffery Lewis, Misty Blevins and Marshall Blevins. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other family and friends.
