It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Gwendolyn Beason of Russellville, Arkansas, born in Charleston, Arkansas, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roscoe Haney and Lillian Ruby Haney (Bennett); her husband Ethan Eldon Beason; and her brother Billy Max Haney. She is survived by : her children, Dan Beason (Janna) of Russellville, Cathie Roach (Roger) of Dover and Tim Beason (Lynda) of Pottsville; her siblings, Joann Hettinga of Russellville, Maxine Skeets of Charleston, Shirley Brotherton of Branch, Sharon Casalman (Leroy) of Fort Smith and Roger Haney (Sandy) of Alma; and her grandchildren, Tabatha Payne, Corey Beason, Heath Roach, Courtney Williamson, Caitlin Whorton and Wesley Beason. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
