We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 75, Linda Carlene Reed-Handy of Russellville, Arkansas, born in Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Whatley and Juanita Whatley; her siblings, Penny Beasley and Gus Whatley; and her son Junior.

She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Dowdell (Ken); her grandchildren, Justin, Chris (Kelsey) and Brittany (Colby); and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Aaliyah, Callie, Bode, Karter, Hayden and Harper.
