It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Louise Riley of Russellville, Arkansas, born in Paris, Arkansas, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion Alexander Harrison and Wanda Belle Steele; her husband Charles Riley; her sons, Charles Franklin Riley Jr. and John Franklin Riley; her siblings, Thomas "Buddy" Pledger, Diane Main and Jan Gipson; and her granddaughter Tabitha Keech.

She is survived by : her daughters, Karla Hufford (James) of Altus and Crystal Keech (Ricky) of Russellville; her siblings, Pam Holder (Bo) of Ozark, Teresa Hinten of Altus, Cindy Stoneking of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Wayne Pledger of Altus; and her grandchildren, Natalie, Serenity, Calliope Keech, Charles Hufford, Skyla, Montana Hedges and Daniel Smith.
