She was predeceased by: her parents, Dene West and Anna Ruth Mullen West; her husband Monroe Huskey; her significant other Tom Whitlow; and her siblings, Gary West and Joann Conatser.
She is survived by: her son James Huskey (Lisa) of Springdale; her stepdaughter Tammy Whitlow of Mountain Home; her siblings, Danny West (Debbie) of Okmulgee, David West of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Helen Fulbright (Bill) of Southside; her grandchildren, Patrick Huskey (Allison) of Springdale and Payton Huskey (Alison) of Siloam Springs; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Sam and Warren Huskey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
