With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bennie Hamilton of Scotland, Arkansas, who passed away on June 16, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Branham Dunsworth and Winnie Underwood; her husband Alvin Hamilton; her son James Hamilton; and her brothers, Gene and Johnnie Dunsworth.
She is survived by : her son Alvin (Shin); and her grandson Andrew Hamilton.
Due to the pandemic, services will be held for immediate family only for the health and safety of others during this difficult time.
During the trying last years of her life dealing with dementia/Alzheimer's Bennie Lou kept her kind and good-natured outlook on life, often saying she just took what comes and made the best of it.
