With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Turner of Scranton, Arkansas, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
All attendees must provide and wear their own masks during the service and practice social distancing of at least six feet.
