It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Sue Sibley of Scranton, Arkansas, born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Sibley and Emma Sue Sibley (Mabry); her sister Regina Rohrscheib; and her grandson Joshua Kinney. She is survived by: her close friend Allen Bonham of Rose Bud, Arkansas; her daughters, Paula Sue Lovell of Scranton and Gina Dee Kinney (Joel) of Carbon City; her sister Connie Sibley of Paris; her grandchildren, Jessie Parr (Dylan), Dakota Kinney (Sasha), Joseph Earl Corbin and Dylon Paul Corbin; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Parr, Rebecca Parr, Gracelynn Kinney, Kade Kinney, Rezzie Mitchell and Riley Corbin.
