She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ethridge and Lorean Ethridge (Wallace); her husband John Churchwell; her son Timothy Churchwell; her brothers, Wallace Ethridge, Billy Ethridge, Sr. and Pete Ethridge; and her granddaughter Taylor Bice.
She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Bice (Terry) of Des Arc, AR; her grandchildren, Derek Blackwood (Whitney) of West Point, AR, Kevin Blackwood (Christina) of Judsonia, AR, Kelly Williams (Randy) of Des Arc, AR, Wesley Churchwell (Danielle) of McRae, AR, Alex Churchwell (Haleigh) of McRae, AR and Ashley Bice (Shannon) of Fayetteville, AR; her great grandchildren, Lawson, Jax, Erin, John Thomas, Truett, Keaton, Case, Brycen, Caiden, Corbin, Gryphon, Rhowan, Madelin, Gaige and Grayson; her siblings, Dorothy Parker, Kate Spears (Sonny) and Jimmy Ethridge of Tennessee; her sisters-in-law, Karen Stephens and Lucy Churchwell; and her son-in-law JD Blackwood of Searcy, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garth Funeral Home Chapel (221 Main St, Des Arc, AR 72040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Welcome Home Cemetery (16734 AR-11, Griffithville, AR 72060).
