She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Veal and Viola Cannemore Veal; her husband J. H. Franks; her granddaughter April Tounzen; and her son-in-law Chester Waters Sr..
She is survived by: her children, John Franks (Donna), Steve Franks (Sharon), Delena Smallfoot (Steve), Karyn Waters, Julie James and Dayna Franks; and her sister Geraldine Reeves. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller-Daniel Funeral Home (411 E Race Ave, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
