He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Hale and Ruth Hale; and his siblings, Joyce Hale and Chester Hale. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hale of Searcy; his children, Gerri Lilly (David) of Garland, Norman Jr. (Tonia) of Searcy and Judy Hall (David) of Searcy; and his sister Arlene Everett of Diaz. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
