He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Spann Colclasure and Leroy "Pete" Colclasure; his sister Dottie Vanhorn; and his daughter-in-law Kay Kelley. He is survived by : his wife Teri Colclasure; his sisters, Marty Bevans and Libby Baker; his children, Wendy Brookshire (Jim) and Brian Kelley; his grandchildren, Kayla Andrews (Patrick), Kacee Wilson (late Seth Stewart), Kassidy Founds (Garrett Cram), Danyelle Kelley, Brianna Kelley, Ian Founds and Matthew Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Stewart and Kamryn Stewart.
