With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Margaret Purdy of Sherwood, Arkansas, born in Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry May and Lena May; and her son Michael Purdy. She is survived by : her husband Alvin Purdy; her children, MeChelle Heath of Fort Myers and Chris Purdy of Orlando, Florida; and her grandchildren, Keith Purdy, Melissa Maxson, Alex Purdy and Kristin Heath.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to Open Door Community Church (709 W. Lee Ave, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120).
