He is survived by : his wife Judy Felts Woodard; his children, Eric Woodard (Kristen), Robin Gee (Chuck) and Josh Woodard (Jill); his grandchildren, Zach Gee, Tyler Gee, Everett Woodard, Walker Woodard, Wyatt Woodard, Joliett Woodard, Emery Alex Woodard, Jonas Woodard and Amoni Woodard; and his brothers, Homer Woodard (Norma) and Jerry Woodard. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (7700 AR-107, Sherwood, AR 72120). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
