It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Ann Clay of Sidney, Arkansas, born in Calico Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ray and Thelma Pauline Kytle Neal; and her brother Johnny Ray Neal. She is survived by: her husband Carl Dean Clay; her daughters, Sandra Clay of Kansas and Amanda Clay of Kansas; her siblings, Raymond Neal (Olena) of Kansas, David Neal of Kansas, Bobby Neal (Kerri) of Versailles, Missouri, Thelma Pirtle (Jim) of Minnesota and Mary Bailey (Ronnie) of Evening Shade; and her grandchildren, Iva Starkie of Kansas and Rowan Starkie of Kansas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
