He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Ray Fultz and Kay Austin Fultz; and his sister Kelly Davis. He is survived by : his children, Belynda Sisemore Ball (Machelle) of Dyer, Melyssa Fultz of Centerton, Patrick Sharp of Oakland, Heather Fultz of Gravette and Chase Fultz of Gravette; his grandchildren, Jonesia Ball, Branlynn Sisemore, Jazmyn Dubose, Rylee Dubose, Makayla Anderson and Michael Ball; and his siblings, Wendy Bland (Alan) of Rogers, Sally Bryant (Garry) of Dunnegan, Missouri and Brady Fultz (Kristie) of Bella Vista, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial fund has been established for the Fultz family at Grand Savings Bank for any monetary donations.
