He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Rulon Foster and Hazel Foster (Hamm); and his wife Susan Foster (Carlson). He is survived by: his sons, Rulon Foster, Jr., William Conrad Foster, Karl Jan Foster and Glen Keith Foster. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
