He was predeceased by : his parents, Shelby Mize and Maude Elizabeth Bilbrey Mize; and his siblings, Leland Isac Mize and Durene Cureton. He is survived by : his wife Maxine Mize; his son Max Mize of Calamine; his grandchildren, Jacqulyn Seamans, Jimmy Mize and Jill Mize; and his great grandchildren, Karma Seamans of Smithville, Braelyn Mize of Smithville and Waylon Mize of Smithville.
