It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald DeWitt McDowell of Sparkman, Arkansas, born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dewitt McDowell and Lucille Robbins McDowell. He is survived by : his sibling Rivers Health; his wife Dorothy McDowell; his children, Robert McDowell (Sandy), Rebecca Greenwood (Joe Don) and Bill McDowell (Mary); and his brother Fred McDowell (Patsy) of Altona, IL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Sheriff's Youth Ranch, 100 St. Vincent Place, Batesville, AR 72501.
