She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Livingston and Madge Livingston; her husband Don Rambo; her daughter Robin Rambo; her granddaughter Alissa Miller (Blake Williams); her great grandchild Lucy Dawn Williams; and her brother Dr. Richard Livingston (Elizabeth).

Donations can be made in Cindy's honor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association or to House of Little Dogs (Fayetteville, AR).
