He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Embry of Springdale; his sons, Allen Embry (Brenda) and Richard Embry (Mary) of Hindsville; his grandchildren, Joe Embry (Sarah), Matthew Embry (Misty), Jacob Embry (Kiersten), Julie Evans (Dakota) and Leslie Wabaunsee (Gage); his great grandchildren, Blakley, Luke, Lucy, Hallie, Mariam, Brynlee and Barrett; and his siblings, Rex Embry and Mildred Johnson of Modesto, CA..

The family request donations in his name be made to Willard Walker Hospice Home or Hope Cancer Resources.
