She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion May and Vera May; her husband Edward Rader; her sons, Ray Rader and Buddy Rader; her siblings, Owen May, Arthur May, Martha Force and Mearl Hamilton; her great grandchild Sara Beth Rader; and her great great grandchild Emma Rader.

She is survived by : her daughter Sarah Jane Rader of Shreveport, LA; and her grandchildren, Kevin LeMay, Chris Hill, Danny Rader, Scottie Rader, Sheila Adams, Amanda Rader, Tess Rader and Penny Teague.
