She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Emma Kitchens Owen and James Arnold Owen; her husband Doyle Roland Millican; her son William Millican (Bill); her grandson Michael Don Millican; her son-in-law Donald Sparrow (Mokey); and her sister Louise Patterson.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Ann Sparrow and Jerry Don Millican (Polly); her daughter-in-law Donna Millican; her grandchildren, Wayne Millican (Angie), Lin Schuster (Dee), Shannon Bloesch (Mike), Tonya Millican, McRae Sparrow and Lindsay Nutt (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Kristin Fitzgibbon (Brian), Jessalyn Otwell (Luke), Katie, Olivia Schuster, Sydney, Simon, Sawyer Bloesch, Katherine Sparrow, Christian, Addison, Aviana Millican, Luke and Lainey Nutt; her great great grandchildren, Kaelin Cunningham, Annie, Ruby and Judd Otwell; her siblings, Helen Turnage (Floyd), Delilah Minter and Buddy Owen (Virginia); and her close friends, Geraldine Webb and Ethel Roy.
In lieu of flowers, the Millican family requests donations be made to the Lakeside Cemetery Association.
