He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Harbour of Stamps, AR and Joshua Harbour (Jamie) of Bodcaw, AR; his siblings, Bobby Harbour (Donna) of Sarepta, LA and Robin Rawls of Sarepta, LA; and his grandchildren, Payton Harbour, Hayden Teague and Cashton Harbour. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
