He is survived by: his parents, Buck Chapman and Minnie Clark Chapman; his wife Blanche VanHouten Hill; and his children, Mike Hill (Jackie Coker Hill) of Stuttgart, Richard Hill of Corpus Christi, Harvey Hill of LaParte, Texas and Belinda Stafford of Pampa, Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
