She was predeceased by: her son Jerry Don Brewer; and her sister Bobbie Sue Hornbeck. She is survived by: her parents, Lester Lee Ramsey and Francis Mildred; and her sister-in-law Ruth Heflebower of Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Billie Jo has requested any memorial to go to Bayou Meto Cemetery or to her beloved church, Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
