He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Flanagan and Lucile Mitchell; and his stepfather Floyd Mitchell. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Allie and Lauren Coleman; his wife Dot Robertson Flanagan; his daughters, Lindsey Phillips and Ashley Coleman (Chad) of Stuttgart; and his siblings-in-law, Blake Robertson (Alice) of Maumelle, Beth Rhodenizer of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Kay Robertson of Shreveport, LA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family has requested that memorials be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
