He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Earl Neighbors Sr. and Nora Mae Neighbors; and his siblings, Newton Earl Neighbors, Margaret Ann Neighbors, Barbara Jean Neighbors and Marion Elizabeth Neighbors.
He is survived by: his sons, Clay Neighbors of Fort Smith and Wade Neighbors of Conway; and his brother Mike Neighbors of Stuttgart. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
