He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgin Lee and Iva May Herring; his significant other Louise Herring; and his brother Charles Jessup "Preacher" Herring. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Herring (April) of Almyra and Brandon Herring (Tonya) of Stuttgart; and his siblings, Gene (Dorothy) of Stuttgart, Jimmy (Brenda) of Atkins, Jerry (Trina) of Russellville, Ruby Lindsey of Pine Bluff and Shirley Hawkins (Tommy) of Texas City, Texas.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
