It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Carter (Stuttgart, Arkansas), who passed away on April 22, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Delma Standard; her sons, Reon Carter (Latoya) of Flint, MI and Mack Carter of Stuttgart, AR; her siblings, Rose Bradford of Flint and Randy Carter (Terra) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Myra, Reon, Lala and Jeremiah Carter; her niece Sharon Moore; and her daughters, Tonda Allen and Rachel Madden. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
