With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Eugene Ragland Jr. of Stuttgart, Arkansas, who passed away on September 6, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E., Sr. and Dorothy Smith Ragland; his wife Gladys Fore Ragland; and his sons, Charles Burt and Frederick Brett Ragland.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Walker; his siblings, John Burt Ragland of Stuttgart and Peggy; and his siblings-in-law, Don Loveless of Tulsa, OK and Khamla Fore of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by six nieces and five nephews.
