He is survived by: his wife Donna Teagarden Meins; his children, David Meins (Mae) of Stuttgart, Danny Meins (Debbie) of Stuttgart, Rodney Meins (Laurie) of Stuttgart and LaVonnie Teagarden of Virginia; and his brothers, Marion Meins of Little Rock and Waymond Meins of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
