She is survived by: her children, Bettina Avery, Alicia Avery, Marie Avery, Roshunda Avery, Tiffany Jones (Anthony), Trimeka Johnson and Twana Bell; her brothers, Curtis Mayfield and Frank Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Are, Wofford, Jenascia Jones, Akyria O'Neal, Raniya Hill and Alanna Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
