He is survived by: his parent Vernon Meins; his wife Pat Herring Meins; his sons, Brent Meins (Sarah) and Zachary Meins (Heather) of Cabot; his mother Evelyn Meins of Stuttgart; his siblings, Larry Meins of Stuttgart, Billy Meins of Fayetteville, NC and Joyce Kunkel (Ken) of Hooks, Texas; and his grandchildren, Preston Hicks and Rush Meins.
