We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020, at the age of 99, Jessie Thomas of Stuttgart, Arkansas, born in Clarendon, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Miller Ferguson and Sidney Walter Ferguson; her former husband Joseph F. Knoll; her daughters, Barbara Ann Knoll and Frances "Franny" Knoll Waltman; her former husband Wiley Avery; her husband Dr. H. W. Thomas; and her siblings, Zola, Verna, Lena, S. W., Willie Andrew and Robert (Ram).
She is survived by: her friend Anita Lephiew Dennington; her daughter Janet; her son-in-law Swan B. Moss (Rusty); her grandsons, Martin R. Waltman, III (Teresa) of West Bend, Marcel Sparks (Scott) of Black Creek and Bradley Knoll Gill (Tina) of Starkville; her stepchildren, Jill Avery Cazort of Florida, Wallace Allan Thomas (Carolyn) of Hot Springs and David Ronald Thomas (Carolyn) of Hattiesburg; her stepgrandchildren, Tanya Cooper (Allen), Candice Pfaff (Scott), Brad Thomas (Jodi) and Greg Thomas (Mary Anna); her husband Joe Knoll; and also, George and Metta Knoll. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great, great granddaughter.
