He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Roy and Bernice Minton; and his siblings, Lawrence Minton, Kay Minton Quarles and Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Neva Jo Minton; his daughters, Lea Ann Minton Sorrows (Dennis) of White Hall and Sharon Minton Capps (Rex) of England; and his brothers, Gerald Minton of White Hall and Douglas Minton of Pioneer. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In keeping with mandated restrictions due to the COVID pandemic, face masks must be worn and social distancing observed.
