She was predeceased by: her son Imon Ferguson, Jr.; and her siblings, Allen Williams, Helen Paxton Wofford and Louise Paxton Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Ferguson Smith of Little Rock, AR; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Ferguson of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Imon Ferguson III and Nathan Barrientos of Dallas, TX; and her nephews, Stuttgart and Allen Earl Johnson, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, all donations are directed to the Marie P. Ferguson Educational Scholarship Fund at First Missionary Baptist Church.
