She was predeceased by: her parents, William Watkins and Ruby Watkins (Samuels); her husband Carroll Ray Kirkendall, Sr.; and her siblings, Phillip Ray Watkins, Linda Sanders and Ronda Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Carroll Ray Kirkendall, Jr. (Elaine) of Pottsville, Arkansas, Samuel Lowe Kirkendall (Mandy) of DeWitt, Arkansas and Larry Wayne Kirkendall of Texarkana, Texas; her sister Betty Crain (David) of Clarksville, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Kirkendall of Honolulu, Hawaii, Amanda Gail Kirkendall of Pottsville and Elizabeth Deann Kirkendall of Pottsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
