He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harper Hall; his children, Jason Robert Hall of Conway and Hillary Fawn Hall Garcia of Katy, Texas; his siblings, Charles Adams of Colorado, Bill Burks of Arkansas, Theresa Milligan of Arkansas, Nancy Childers of Arkansas and Linda Clark of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Parker Lee Hall, Jasmin Garcia and Camila Garcia.
