She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde W. Smith and Ida M. Nix Smith; and her former husband Jimmy C. McAlister. She is survived by: her sons, Paul McAlister (Cathey) of Pendleton, Keith McAlister (Janet) of Norris and Freddie McAlister of Central. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
