He is survived by: his siblings, Ollie Mae Higgins, Lillie McMillian (James), Kathy Ann Simmons, Dodie Simmons, Johnnie Melvin Simmons, Charles E. Simmons and Willie B. Simmons; his brothers-in-law, Larry Kibble, Sr., James McMillian, Charlie Higgins and Alvin White; his stepchildren, Margaret Barrow (Sylvester), Tonya Betts (Albert), Clarence Andre Higgins and Roderick Higgins; and his grandchildren, Jazziana Clark, Charity Higgins, Serenity Higgins, Ashanti Higgins, Andre Higgins, Jr., Kaleb Higgins and Kaden Higgins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends; and special friends.
