She is survived by: her children, Tracy Cate (Chris) of Little Rock, Kerry Chastain (Travis Williams) of Stuttgart and David Chastain (Chasity) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Anthony Chastain of Stuttgart, Peyton Cate Hildebrand (Aaron) of Fayetteville, Graham M. Cate (Grace Fegtly) of Fayetteville, Emaly Newkirk of Stuttgart and Trevor Newkirk of Jonesboro; her great grandchildren, Allie and Kason Chastain of DeWitt; and her sister Betty Riddell Haller of Conway.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Research Center, Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
