He is survived by: his wife Kim Haworth of Texarkana; his children, Lana Haworth and Dustin Wellman of Hope, Arkansas; his mother Rita Haworth of Texarkana, Arkansas; his brothers, Dillion Haworth (Kayla Moore) of Fouke, Arkansas, Danny Glasgow (Kristie) of Doddridge, Arkansas and Donald Haworth of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Zhoey Wellman and Keilea Wellman. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
