He is survived by: his mother Linda Simmons Hoover of Texarkana; his children, Linda Chambers (Chris) of Texarkana and Hunter Hoover (Sarah) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Mariel and Eli Lightfoot of Texarkana; his brothers, Wayne Hoover (Jan) of Albuquerque, Mike Hoover (Rhonda) of Caney and Tom Hoover (Amy) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; and his close friend Jackie Hoppe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
