She is survived by: her husband James Worthington of Texarkana; her children, Lisa Holt of Texarkana, Sadie Garcia of Las Vegas and Jerry Watson of Austin; and her sister Barbara Sparks of Lafayette. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
