He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie Carr of Texarkana, Arkansas; his children, Jeff Carr of Texarkana, Arkansas and Traci Cooper (Kyle) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Tyler Williamson, Bryce Cooper, Makenna Cooper and Evan Carr; and his brother Kenneth Carr. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
