She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hale and Cora Tuggle; her husband Ozie Lee Cain; her son Frankie; and her brother Clarence.
She is survived by: her children, David, Sandra (Edward) and Josephine (Christopher); and her siblings, Dorothy, Bethel and Melvin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
