He was predeceased by : his mother Phyllis Jean Daniel Aaron (Hilton); his siblings, Tim, Orlan Daniel and Regena Miller; and his daughter-in-law Amanda Daniel.

He is survived by : his father Troy Allen Daniel, Sr.; his children, Albert, Josh Daniel and Tiffany Daniel; and his brothers, Terry Daniel (Rose) and Jason Aaron. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
